## TL:DR
The following proposal registers aUSD (Acala Dollar on Karura) as xcAUSD on Moonriver.

## Summary
We propose to register aUSD (Acala Dollar on Karura) as xAUSD on Moonriver. The XC-20 has the following details:
 - Multilocation: *{ "parents": 1, "interior": {"X2": [ { "Parachain": 2000}, { "GeneralKey": "0x0081" }]}}*
 - Decimals: *12*
 - Name: *Acala Dollar*
 - Symbol: *xcAUSD*

The proposed fee to execute the XCM is that for Karura (KAR).

## Proposal
Proposal #79 with the following hash: *0xc0d55701c24731f46df65f6feffdbd68acae2c4276b3b4c750cfdbd154ad4e40*

## Technical details:
The procedure to register an asset on Moonriver is as follows:

 - *assetManager.registerAsset* to register the asset with the information provided in the summary
- *system.setStorage* to store a revert code in the asset's storage. This is so that smart contracts can interact with the XC-20 (through the EVM)

Once the proposal is enacted, *xcAUSD* will live under asset ID *214920334981412447805621250067209749032*. Consequently, the XC-20 address would be *0xFfFffFFfa1B026a00FbAA67c86D5d1d5BF8D8228*

Send a batch of dispatch calls and atomically execute them.
The whole transaction will rollback and fail if any of the calls failed.

May be called from any origin.

- `calls`: The calls to be dispatched from the same origin. The number of call must not
exceed the constant: `batched_calls_limit` (available in constant metadata).

If origin is root then call are dispatch without checking origin filter. (This includes
bypassing `frame_system::Config::BaseCallFilter`).

# <weight>
- Complexity: O(C) where C is the number of calls to be batched.
# </weight>

- They want to register aUSD as xcAUSD on Moonriver.
- The proposal number is #79.
- They need to use the assetManager.registerAsset and system.setStorage procedures.
