Problem Statement:
- The current nomination limit of 120 DOTs in Polkadot is causing issues due to the delay in implementing the 0.9.16 upgrade, resulting in a high number of nominators reaching the limit.

Significance:
- Increasing the nomination limit to 160 DOTs temporarily will allow for the pruning of nominators and maintain an active nomination ecosystem while waiting for the implementation of the 0.9.16 upgrade.

Proposed Solution:
- Temporarily increase the nomination limit from 120 DOTs to 160 DOTs in Polkadot.

Expected Outcomes:
- Maintain an active nomination ecosystem in Polkadot while waiting for the implementation of the 0.9.16 upgrade.
