We found an issue in RT2301 that we prefer to fix before deploying the new runtime.
A new release, RT2302 is going to be published and proposed on Moonriver soon.

The proposal outlines milestones for development, testing, and deployment, highlighting the need for ongoing maintenance and future enhancements
