Billcoin is a just-for-fun token on Kusama Asset Hub (formerly Statemine) that has been given away entirely freely. It currently has 689 accounts holding it ( https://statemine.statescan.io/#/assets/223?tab=holders&page=1 ), which is more than USDT (Tether - https://statemine.statescan.io/#/assets/1984 ).

I would like to approve this for transfers between Kusama Asset Hub and Moonriver. I plan on making a smart contract to act as a faucet for these tokens on Moonbeam, as an example of what you can do with cross-chain assets and allow others to build upon it.

A Moonriver-KAH HRMP channel already exists, so this would require approving Billcoin and creating an equivalent xc20 token for it.

I wanted to get the pulse of the community before moving forward with this. Any thoughts are welcome, or please feel free to signal via the polling mechanism if you are in favor or not.
